BEWARE-DREAM bikes works west chester pa

I removed my fromt tire and had them replace the rubber for 25$ in december.I thought this was great.Bright the rear tire 2 weeks later in january and the guy charged me 45$.I was like it is 25 plus taz right.He replies no it is $45 prices went up.I said in two weeks time?dam Well i said you should have but up a sigh with your price increase coming into the new year.I was a bit pissed.I spoke withthe owner like 3 times in about a months time and he never seemed to remember me.I don't know what his problem was.Seems weird but the place was 2 minutes from my house as apposed to the half hour drive to the dealer ship.they charge 35 at the dealer ship so I reckon I guess i saved time and broke even on the money.But I don't recommend anyone togo there.JOhn
