    if you have tested all components from the spark plug caps (ohm them out too)down to the pickups, cleaned all your connectors charged the battery
    AND confirmed voltage to the tci at the red/white wire, and that that voltage travles to the primary if the ignition coil (Key on ground to either wire 12 volts) as well as replaced the spark plugs. you should find someone that will test your tci for you.
    this does assume that you are getting fuel to cylinders, you could give it a squirt of starter fluid into the airbox to see if that fires up
