brake kever upgrade

    Hi I need to change my brake lever to one thats shaped different and closer to my out stretched fingers, got to shift hand slightly to reach and would rather not need that extra second to pull up.has anyone changed a brake lever to an after market part compatible with the original housing? Thanks

    have you tried adjusting the screw that goes into the MC
    shifting hand is good it makes sure you release the throttle.

    being quick to the brake is good but to quick and you will lock up the front before your foot has time to hit rear brake , one reason you do not cover the brake like you would the cover the clutch while riding
