That's a great 'how to' Len, Jeff, you don't need to build that stand.

Whether you construct an elaborate Stand and use Scientific Instruments, ...
or Clamp the Carbs into a Vice using Vice Grips to adjust the Tilt and Yaw.

Fashion a TETHER LINE to the Carbs, ... so in the unlikely event that they should become loose and fall ... The TETHER will prevent the Carbs from being damaged.

Especially during FLOAT HEIGHT Setting where the Carbs might have to be released multiple-times from a Clamping Mechanism to be inverted for Fuel Bowl Removal.

Fracturing a Fuel Bowl does not take very much of an accidental impact if the side of the Fuel Bowl receives the impact of the Rack taking a spill.

The one you want me to modify yet again, right? You slave driver, you...

But oh, does it ever come in handy. Before, I was propping up the rack on a screwdriver near the edge of the front steps while trying to measure the fuel level.
