    Great customer service on the phone. They were more than generous with answering questions and helping me get just the part I wanted. Shipping was a little expensive for the time frame of delivery and it came in the worst box in the world. I think they actually just taped some box parts together to ship my handle bars in. It was a good experience though. Would recomend.

    Just another shout out to Chaparral. This company is the bees-knees. I ordered a set of Maxxis Promaxx tires from them online, not only was I impressed with the product, I had my merchandise in 3, yep, 3 days. Their catalogs are free and they even have a tech department you can call.
