Fair price for 83 XJ750 Maxim?

Hi All,
Been a while since I posted, had to reregister cuz I couldn't remember my id/pw... Anyway, I've had an 83 XJ750 Maxim for about 5 years I think now, when I bought it, it was a nasty turquoise, and lots of wear & tear from the years. I took some time to do basic upgrades and got the tank professionally repainted, I've never had a problem with getting it to run, but I just don't ride that much and have decided it's time to sell it.

I know it's a loaded question, but I can't find many online that are for sale (lots of parts though!) to compare against, so I was wondering what the forum might consider to be a fair asking price for the bike.

Mileage is: 37,872. I maybe put on a couple hundred miles a year since I had it.

It's quite dusty from 7 months of garage time but here's some pics:

Sounds about right to me.
