I have a 1982 jx 650 seca and when i got it the guy that got it from told me that the bike was dumped. But i dont know if it was moving or if he just droped it. It does have some road rash so i think it was moving. He said that the forks might be bent. Is there any was that i can see if they are bent without removing them?

No, the only real way is to take the chrome tubes out & roll them on a flat surface, like glass, any distortion will show up.
The good news is they can be straightened.

if you loosen the bolts on the triple clamps with the wheel off the ground and try to spin the tube it should spin and not bind half way around
if you have air forks that might not work
