I’ve got a ‘80 XJ650 with carbs that have been driving me crazy. I thought I had poorly adjusted floats. Then leaky gaskets. Then leaky gas line. I think I’ve finally figured out that we’re seeing a leaking t fitting where the gas line enters the carbs. The problem is finding a replacement! Anyone else see this thing leaking? Is there a way to get new O rings for it? Or the part itself? Thanks!

don't know about the 650, but my 600, doesn't have any "o" rings on it, the T piece has a rubber coating on it, thats supposed to be a good fit in the sockets, only a new one would rectify any leaks .
but on a spare set of carbs i renovated, i did force the T piece in with some of the thinnest o rings i could find, and it did hold fuel without leaking, but the set has been on the shelf since, i'm going to swop them onto my 600 ,this coming year,

To replace seals you will have " break the rack" pull the carbs off the rails separate the carbs , pull the "T" fitting to get to the seals . I bought a BUNA "O" ring kit from Harbor Freight so have plenty of seals. Techinacly these are D rings xj4ever had replacements but so far the Buns O rings have not leaked on my carbs.

And if you have to change the o rings do the throttle shaft seals while you are there
