Good/Bad idea for Seca II naked conversion?

I'm buying a 92' that I want to do a naked conversion on, half the point of this bike is to keep it inexpensive as it's not my dream bike but something to have to run around on and enjoy for what it is. Cheap, fun transportation. I'd like to make it look better than it does and update it, but on a tight budget. I had wanted to find radian gauges and used a 7" headlight and a buell flyscreen but the $$$ were looking to add up too fast and the radian parts not so easy to find.

So, I'm thinking of using all Trail tech parts. Buy there headlight setup for dual sports, the Trail Tech Torch, and use a trail tech computer. I know it's not idea, but do you guys think it could be made to look decent and not a scabbed together mess? I wish I could have the parts to kinda mock it up without making an investment but lifes not that easy lol.

Yamaha did produce a naked secaII - but maybe not in the US? To keep the budget down, how about fabricating a cluster for the gauges like "Wizard" did for his GTR1000 project? He fabricated a housing that looked like Bender the robots visor!!!

Then really you are left with the headlight to source and mounting brackets to make.

The standard exhaust system (If it still good) looks good enough for my taste!
