Headlight not working! XJ1100

    Hi, My headlight stopped working and I need to know where the emergency high low switch is located. Also If it is the problem can I just unplug it to get power to the light? I have power at the fuse but no power to the light or high low beam switch. Any help is appreciated.

    head light contact is part of the starter button remove the controler and clean the contacts

    this is step 1 of the trouble shooting guide

    do you have a manual? check your inbox

    have you checked the headlight bulb the way the reserve unit works it auto switches to the working filiment you may not have noticed a burnt out bulb

    wiring diagram shows a reserve lighting control located under seat
