Help, lost all gears above neutral (xj650 g)

    1980 xj650 maxim (G)
    Was out riding tonight & came to a stop took off and went to shift up from 1st but only found neutral tried multiple time only neutral. There was no Strange noise or clunk or anything. Please help diag issue bike has 64329 miles on it.
