Help needed with forks

    About 3 years ago I got a nice little tip from a shop out by us regarding that nasty bottom allen bolt.

    You should loosen the allen bolt as the very first step. With the springs installed and the caps in place, the spring exerts enough pressure on that damper rod to keep it from turning while you loosen the allen bolt, no special tool needed.

    That's their standard practice for every set of forks that comes in there.

    Just a nice trick I thought was pretty handy.

    Electric impact after you drain the fork is a great way to go!
