HELP XJ500 5n4

    Hello.
    I hope I have posted this in the right place, otherwise feel free to correct me.

    I have an XJ500 (model code 5n4) year model -81.
    I have torn the whole engine apart and found a spring that I don't know where to mount it. See picture. Hope you can help me.

    I also can't find what type of carburetor is on the motorcycle. I would have to order new diaphragm assy but the ones I have ordered do not fit.
    They are cracked so I would have to order 4 pcs.
    Does anyone know where to order these?

    XJ500 is a fairly rare model sold in a few European countrues like Austria and maybe Italy (not UK France or Germany though). I expect they use the same carbs as the 550 (which is only 525 cc anyway) - Mikuni BS28
