I am free most of the time, except every other weekend staring this weekend. Fridays and Sunday evenings are OK, as well. Just from Saturday morning till late Sunday afternoon, because that is when I have my daughter.

I am in the SW Burbs, by Oak Lawn, but I can meet up anywhere.

I like this idea. I wanted to use the saddlebags for longer trips, but there was no way to take use them when the GF rode (and she is the reason I would need the bags in the first place). Thanks!

hey cooter, I have a great idea that will make that bike quit sharp, make the rear end liek a 750... get ris of the plastic inner fender, and place the tail light farther in and you're going to have to make a new lense... I'd make it the shape of that space below the rear fender.. its hard to describe, just look at a seca 750 raer and, and i think you'll get my point

That is exactly what I was thinking! Great minds think alike, but apparently, our do too! :p

I was looking at the rear fender yesterday, and thinking that the taillight was the wrong shape and stuck out too far. I have been googling some images, and right now I am looking for something off the shelf I can use. One of the ultra small supermoto or sport bike tailights just might do the trick for now.

GF lives in Oak Lawn. I'm in Hoffman Estates. Have to set something up before weather changes although I think we're on opposite weekend schedules with kids.

Hmm. My reply didn't post. No wonder you didn't answer. I'm free this weekend, and all Fridays and Sunday evenings are good for me. Love to see a 550- haven't been near one since they were new.

Thanks. Looking into swapping a more integrated tail light on it right now.
