I want to tell everyone!!

If you need XJ parts or service questions, this is the place!! XJ4Ever.com I needed a starter for my XJ550 and after spending hours beating the internet, calling my shop, sweating bullets, I finally thought about the XJ Forum. Once there, I remembered seeing Chacal for parts. Never dealt parts here, but hey, I'm having a hard time, so I scope it out and send an email. I got very prompt email replies no matter what day I sent my question. I got service tips and great diagnostic questions to see if I for sure needed a starter. Len could've sold me a starter without caring what the REAL problem was, but he took the time to insure that was the problem. THANKS LEN! I got precise ordering information, and ordered my starter. I figured while the bike was down waiting for the starter to come I would do some 'deep cleaning'. I have but one complaint about this whole transaction! I didn't have time get cleaning done before the part came!!! WOW! Fast service! I popped the starter in, torqued bolts, key in, turn on, and this bike spun the starter faster and started better than it has for several years! You BET I am happy!
And I know where I will come first for parts from now on for my XJ550J. Very appreciative for the fine service and advice!!

 

The world is full of bad service, corporate greed, and selfish business practices. Glad you discovered what so many of us have already experienced. XJ4Ever and Len are a cut above. Conducting their business the way it should be: reasonable prices, professional behavior, and a personal touch that you simply CAN'T find anywhere else! If only they had everything else I shop for, I wouldn't go to anyone else.
