Does anybody have info or a good image of what the backrest pad on the factory touring package for a 1982 XJ750R SECA is supposed to look like?

I have seen some that are just a plain pad and I have seen some that have stitching bars all the way across. I am having one made, and am thinking about matching to original seat. I suspect the plain ones were redone after the fact. Is there supposed to be piping on the edges?

There does not seem to be many good pictures on the web.

    Thanks a bunch!

The OEM pad looks like this (borrowed pic, because I'm too lazy to go into the garage and take a pic myself).
It uses a plywood base that's screwed to the trunk from the inside of the trunk.
