Kinda funny.. if you were there maybe.

Recently replaced the coils with local Dyna tek(kinda) units and the crimped leads.
Runs great!

I did notice that the weather boots on the coil end were just flopping about on install.

So... First real rain and wouldn't you know it I'm riding a 125cc all of a sudden.

I figured, might as well go to the shops on the way home I can work with it.

So the funny part is when taking off, revving like a lunatic to pull out of the car park, the engine becomes a 900 in fits and starts and I nearly had a heart attack, plus other issues.

Anyway haha. You had to be there.

 

Diagnosis complete.
Rode it today, 2 days of drying out, expected a backfire at least.
Nada. Ran like a charm.
I know what my next job is!
