dont deal with these scumbags. im going to send them a big terd in a box.

On 7/21/08 I called MotoXoutlet and spoke to a sales rep to see if a helmet that I was interested in was in stock. (GMax GM68 helmet quantity 2 size large) the rep confirmed that the helmets were indeed in stock. I proceeded to place my order based on this. On 7/23/08 my order status had still not changed per their web interface. I proceeded to call to see what was going on with my order. I was informed that the items were now on backorder so I told the sales rep to cancel my order. I opened a dispute with PayPal detailing how I had been misinformed in the hopes of getting my money refunded a little faster. On 7/24/08 I called motoxoutlet to see why my PayPal payment had not initiated into a refund as of yet. I spoke with Brandon who tried to make me believe that not only did he "run the shop and sign the paychecks" but that he was unable to refund my money due to it now being a dispute filed with PayPal. This is a flat out lie. As a matter of fact a dispute will be closed with PayPal THE MOMENT the refund is issued. I tried to repeatedly make sense of this to Brandon. However, Brandon wasn't willing to listen. He seemed to be more concerned with how I run my own business as opposed to how he should run his. All I wanted was my money back . For whatever reason Brandon has decided that stalling on my refund is some sort of fantastic idea. Brandon, finally agreed to refund my money. I don't know why someone would be so combative and argumentative over a crystal clear issue like this. It seemed to get personal with him. I advised him that this was going to be filed with the local BBB and he didn't seem to care and touted that "motoxoutlet does at least 150 orders a day so it was no big deal". I cannot recommend this merchant to anyone for anything. Beware.
