I have been a fan of these two Engines for as long as I can remember,

The first one is the: 1957 Moto guzzi 500cc V8 twin cam with water cooling and 8 Del Orto carburetors.
this behemoth was a motorcycle engine and was only 500cc, 80BHP, 12000K rpm, 178 mph, and engine was just under a 100lbs. but in 1957 this was a masterpiece of Engineering, and just straight engine porn!!

the second one on this list is a production release of the original race bike engine from 1979.

It's the : 1992 Honda NR750. this was an Engineering marvel of its time, It sported the awesome 4 stroke liquid cooled DOHC V4 "Oval" Piston with a 90 degree angle and twin rods per cylinder, split oval rings
w/ Titanium Valves and connecting rods... STOCK!!
The bike it's self is just any other Honda frame, fairing etc.., the engine is the Titanium Nugget.

It sold for an MSRP in 1992 of $50,000. older versions were built, but the 1992 was the first year it was available to the public. The engineer was from the same mastermind that gave us the honda CBX inline 6.

I remember seeing that Moto Guzzi. I check out that site quite often.
But this is the engine I drool over. Wonder if Jay would let me take it for a spin. (and if you're gonna wake the neighbors at 5:30 am, do it in style!)

But what I'd really like to do is put it in this "autocycle"
