no start/spark

    i have no spark on my 81xj750. i checked for power comming from the generator. it there a spec to check the electrical components with a METER? when i got the bike it didnt have a wire harness so i used the simplified diagram posted on the site but i just dont get power anywhere please help

    Sounds like a bad battery connection....either one but most likley ground (-). Haven't seen the simplified diagram on here yet.

    check the side stand switch to make sure it is retracting all the way

    Disconnect the side stand relay in the headlight housing. It's like a lime green, then give it a go
