I mounted a cooler fromm a 900 on my bike. I had to make a bracket to keep the lower part of the tree from hitting the cooler. This also meant modifying the upper mount to fir the braze-on on the 750 frame.

The lines up fromm the cooler got moved to a front-back configuration instead of side-by-side and the horns got moved to the back-end with an extra noise-maker clamped to the SlipStreamer Fairing bracket.

I used Large industrial-strength tie-wraps to bind the hoses together to prevent them from flapping around and a home-made extension with O-rings as dampers for the insertion into the Brazed-on bracket.

    The results were outstanding.
I have a large oil cooler mounted on a 750 Max and it does a bang-up job of keeping the engine temp regulated a bit cooler than without.

Seeing as I have been deliberately been running 'On-the-lean-side' ... I'm sure the cooler has come into play regulating engine temps; too!

I'll shoot you a pic on the upper ring tonight. I also have the large retaining bolt for the stock plate and can snap some photos of that for you too.

I wouldn't mind seeing some pics of your setup, if you don't already have them in your gallery somewhere. I finally got the time to hold the whole thing up in front of the bike, and it looks like I'm running into the "horns are in the way" bit. If nothing else, it gives me an excuse to run out and get something louder. :mgreen:

As for the lower mounting bracket, I thought that went into the bottom two holes on the cooler; silly me, I discovered after some forum searching that those holes are for bolting the cooler to the *Seca frame*. Oh, so sorry; no Seca frame, no mounting holes. Those holes on the cooler look like they line up with the horn mounting bracket, though...

Removed mine from both the 650 and the later 600 due to leaking metal pipes, seem impossible to get unless you get then custom made and just not got the time at the moment to hunt out someone to make them for an affordable price. The adapter plate for both was the same.
