    If there are any Mac users that have upgraded to Leopard, OS X 10.5 and have their old copy of Tiger, OS X 10.4 that they would be willing to part with fairly cheap, please let me know. I have a Powerbook G4 500 that is running Panther, OS X 10.3 and need to upgrade.

    I kept holding off on Tiger as I knew Leopard was coming out soon and figured that I would just jump to there. Unfortunately when it was released, much to my dismay, it does not support my computer. The later versions of Safari will not run in Panther, and some web sites are not playing nice with the versions of Safari and IE that are still compatible. All the new ipods and iPhone will only work with 10.4.9 or higher which leaves me out if I ever manage to get a new one. I'm trying to avoid blowing too much on software on a seven year old laptop that might only last another year or so. Maybe when I get my MINI paid off I can get a new Macbook and not have to worry, but for right now I've got to keep this old war horse still kicking.
