    I must be an idiot.

    I typed a PM and it now lives in my out box. How do I send it?

    I've clicked on preview and I see what it will look like to the receiver.

    I click on submit and nothing happens.

    What am I missing?

    I believe that the outbox is a record of pm's that you've sent. So the person has it, but you have a record of it. You can delete it out of there, but they should still have gotten it.

    if it's still in the outbox, then the recipient hasn't read it yet. it'll go to the in the sentbox once it's been read.
