Then i fired up the ol xj and took her for a spin. I picked my son up from school on it, and he was grining bigger than I was. riding weather is finally here. Yahhhho.

Hi All

Here's a couple of pics from good old Blighty!

First one is my wife and me, on our way to a childrens hospital (Annual Trikes R Us Christmas Toy Run)



This is My son (15yr old and 6'4"!) and me at the Ace Cafe in London last Sunday (4 Mar), historical bikers cafe from the 50's.

That's where the term cafe racer came from... a real bit of history there.

You don't look old enough but I wonder if you ever got to the Ace back in the early 60's. I liked the Ace even though there was a lot of rubbish talked there by some of the inmates, never that keen on the BusyBee though.
Anytime your near Epping in Essex there's a tearoom in the forest just of the Robin Hood roundabout, great bunch of old farts on bike's hang out there.

Just put the bins on and you ain't old enough to remember the Ace back then. Must have been the excitment of seeing the Ace again, brought on a senior moment.
