    Just went through this carb issue with my bike. Stuck float. I never separated carbs, dismantled float side, soaked in carb cleaner while I cleaned insides, took out main jet and soaked as well. assembled, no more overflow.

    In that thread, myself and others have given you the solution for your issue. Asking the question again, elsewhere, because you don't like the answers you got isn't going to help you. Neither will "fishing for shortcuts" when there isn't one.

    Go back and follow the advice you were given in your thread about the problem, and fix your bike.
