Rear Fender Custom Build

    Any tips on how to create (or buy for a reasonable price) a rear fender for a 1981 XJ650H ?

    I would like it to be slimmer than the stock and by law where I live (Australia), the rear fender must extend to the edge of the wheel. I have a picture attached of one I like the look of (white bike). I have also cut part of the original fender so that it will not interfere with a new seat but still protect the wires.
