    The reason it's called counterstering it is beacause when you push "LEFT" on the handle bar you are effectively turning the bars and wheel towards the right..

    You are steering in the "wrong direction" and that's what confuses people....

    yeah I guess you are right RookieRider, never though of it in those terms but yeah you are 100% right.. I am sure they explained it like that at the MSF course and either I didn't grasp it at the time or was just thinking push lean in the direction you wanna go in.

    You Tube is blocked at work so I checked out some vids. OMFG, these people are scary. Most of them were from people being stupid or new riders doing stupid things... crazy...
