    Here are some pics of my yamaha emblem on my tanks, and this is a rear luggage rack i made from the front bumper of my quadsport, just needs to be welded and painted

    rob, u mean those sticker emblems or keychain emblems, i didnt make the sticers, had a graphic company do it for 10 bucks

    Here you guys were talking about your sister and a nice rack and shoot...
    seriously I would trim the expanded metal to just fit inside of the tubes then weld. the edges of that stuff are sharp as... well you know. Also you can buy some crutch tips at the hardware store for the ends of those tubes. I would love to have a luggage rack for mine.

    i dulled the down pretty good after that pic, and im gonna leave the ends like that, i kinda like the looks, and i may weld something onto the end of those, who knows?
