starter clutch???

    when i took off my starter motor and looked at the sprocket inside the bike that matches with the starter motor i can wigle it side to side, any idea's on what this may mean.. and i know i am having starter clutch problems and ordered new rollers and springs. going to try and attempt fixing it through the shortcut way without a complete tear down.. any information greatly appricieated....

    The wiggle is normal. Can't comment on the shortcut fix since I haven't done it.
