    Hello all,

    What should the order of the felt washers and nuts be on the battery connection post post of an '80 650 maxim starter? My rebuild kit came with two small and one large felt washers, a round black hard plastic circle with a beveled edge, and a black plastic square with a cylinder rising from the middle. I'm thinking some pieces may be for other models that use the same kit but I know I need to use all the felt washers.
    My manual doesn't give much in the way of help.
