Sorry to hear that orange. Don't give up not sure what you were diagnosed with but i can still remember what it was like. After i was diagnosed with C.M.T and they treated me for something else the treatments almost killed me. I went from a little numbness in my feet and hands to not being able to walk in a 6 month period all because my Dr was an idiot. I had to retire the 9 months i was not working with no income almost did me in also savings gone ect. When i was in the er they told me if i did not get weined off the drugs they had me on i would only have a few more weeks to live. They told me i had to slowly cut back on the prednisone. After i was weined off all the side effects started going away. My legs healed up from where they blistered and popped. Anyhow spent a year not walking was left with no movement in my ankles toes and my fingers still do not work right. I had 4 operations on my feet in 2 years the last one i had a cast on my leg started practicing up and down the steps when the cast came off i started using a walker. The dr's said i would never walk again proved them wrong was a learning experience having to use your hips and knees to balance yourself. I used working on the bikes as exercise and starting bolts as therapy. Still have a hard time on some of my 6 bikes shifting i had to make some heel toe shifters but i do not give up. If the dr says you can't do something learn to do it best you can. I don't like to be told no and its working. I would give up everything to be normal again but you just have to deal with the cards your delt. Something that always stays in my mind. I remember going to the store staying in the car watching people walking in the store and thinking these people take walking for granted you would never think that if you could not do it. Well now i go to the same store get out of the vehicle and walk in. as long as i have a buggy to push i am fine otherwise my hips and knees start bothering me from
having to to do more then they should.

Thank you Rick for all you've done for everybody. You've taught so many people how to wrench on bikes, and how to do it properly. I'm wishing the best for you and your family.
