I was one of the early members of the site when it went online, but have been offline for about 3 years.

After moving 3 times, living in Ireland, divorcing, moving back to Canada, changing jobs, starting a business, buying a house, and having a baby, I am ready to finish my delayed 2005/6/7/13 (1981) 750 Seca project!

The bike was in pieces after an accident, but was pretty close to complete. I scrounged the XJ parts bin globally (thanks Nils), EBay and junk yards to come up with complete bike, in pieces.

I rebuilt the carbs back in 05, bought rebuilt progressive forks, steel braid front brakes, generic shocks, added a katana brake cylinder to the bars, removed the mirrors for a bar end mirror. THe rat's nest of wires up front is inside an XS headlight bucket.

I dont have time to fart around with the carbs again, so I took them off and a mechanic is working on them in his kitchen.

Now comes the exhaust, I have sportster exhaust and with the help of a buddy, I want to get the thing on the road this summer. First time in 14 years the bike will been on the road!

I am trying to find all the sporty exhaust threads with good pics, let me know if you guys have any new info/pics that have not been posted.

Great to be back, good to see some familiar faces, even if they are ugly ones!
