Tire Deal: Got a set of Kenda Challengers $102.76 Shipped

    they are a little slick at first. Mine have about 70 miles or so on them now. Cornering is definitely stabilizing more each ride.

    The tires came in the days they were supposed to. I have them mounted now, a local guy with a nice set-up in his basement charged $20 per wheel to mount and balance.
    Maybe I'll post impressions after riding them some more.

    I've got 1440 miles on them now and I am pleased with them. They aren't showing any noticeable wear yet, that I can tell. They roll smoothly and grip well, two up and solo. I've been on a few gravel roads and it's definately better now than it was with the nearly bald tire I had on back before. Same with wet roads, better than before, but I really take it easy on dirt & wet! Fine for everyday pleasure riding. If you are an aggressive rider who pushes a tire to its performance limit, who knows?

    Very Nice info......
    Wish i had the info early'r
    I reshoed my xj750 with metz 880
    Mounted ballance bah,bah,bah $380...
    They gassed for about 1G before the settled down ... still a tad tricky in the rain but When its dry they sticks like it's on a rail.......sevenfive0h

    Damn, you coulda had 2-3 sets of Kenda's for that much $$$
