Two-Minute Drill

The Max got rolled-out for a brief little warm-out, run-around, today.

Thumb-checked tires. Looked for gas! Checked oil window.
Pre-flight lubes.*
Shot WD-40 right in Ignition Switch, Kill Switch, Start Button, Throttle neck, High Beam Switch, Horn Button, Turn Signal Switch and Enrichment "Choke" Thumb Switch.
Needed this "Lube-added" Preflight; BAD!

Dabbed-up excess WD-40 with a handful of Kleenex.
Two minutes; tops. (Not including chasing the Red Spraying Missile)

 

This morning I stood grinding my teeth staring at the place in the garage where my bike lives and thinking if FedEx had done what they had been paid $45. 02 to do ie: deliver a new head gasket from Bike Bandit, I could be out riding now in all this glorious sunshine.

Depressed of Periana.

 

It's good to remember the simple stuff, I've got a right turn signal that works when it wants to, I'm going to try the WD-40 trick thanks.

Oh and the oil window, I had to remove the clutch cover and clean the window with some of Meguiars Plastic Polish/Cleaner that I've used on plactic headlight lenses, a little cleaner on a Q-tip removed all the gook from the old owners lack of oil change practice.
