    When I said Argon, I meant 85/15 Argon/Co2 mix. We usaully just use Co2 with flux-core wire but use the other for nice detail work.

    +1 on that last line. Though for my situation it would be "Buy Canadian" eh!

    When I worked in construction I used a Lincoln Arc Welder. It was the best welder for the job in my opinion. In the shop we're using Hobart,Miller and ESAB. I think highly of the Hobart and Miller mig welders, not so for the ESAB's because they are to difficult to get a decent low temp weld.
