    I recently purchased a non-running 81 xj750 seca. Still having high-idle issues after a deep cleaning.

For my mixture screws, I have the screw, a spring, and a flat washer. I am attaching a picture. should these have an oring and pictured in the attachment?

    thank you!

the o-ring goes in 1st to seal, then the washer, then the spring then the screw.
The washer keeps the spring from cutting into the o-ring. Make sure your old o-rings are extracted from the carbs.
