Where's the stupid flasher relay at?

It's just held into place by a rubber block. Should be able to slide it out. otherwise you just lift your seat, take off the bolt holding your tank and lift the tank enough for some clearence (or if there's no slack in your fuel line then just pull the fuel line off the petcock and remove the tank).

Fuel won't come out in the ON position... unless the bike is running or your petcock is broken...
