Living in California - Ortega Highway to Lake Elsinore - a bit dangerous but a nice curvy ride in the mountains.

Living in New Mexico - Highway 82 from Alamogordo to Cloudcroft, starting at 4300 ft and going up to 9000 ft.

Highway 2 in Ontario. From the Quebec border, following the mighty St Lawrence river, passing two blocks from my house, all the way through Kingston and Prince Edward County. Riding alongside that river on my Rebel twin reminded me of my grandfather's aluminum boat with the old Johnson outboard.

Hwy 56 in western Wisconsin. Part of the driftless area, up down and fun turns, not a lot of traffic but you should watch for the Amish. Ends at the Mississippi River and then you can hop on 35 and follow the river.

Always watch for the Amish. They are to quiet to hear.

Almost anywhere in the driftless area/south west Wisconsin is awesome to ride. The roads sometimes aren't the best but nice and scenic

Plan ahead. You can spend a lifetime just riding and never get to all of the good places.
The best bang-for-buck/time IMO is the western U.S.
Anywhere from the Rockies westward gives you the opportunity to ride in a very diverse and beautiful set of environments in a fairly short period of time. Go a little further west and you can start your day in the High Desert and end it at the Pacific Ocean, with a trip through the Cascade Mountians along the way.

44north cutting through the mountains above lock Haven! Quite a ride to get there but it's worth it! Lots of straight stretches and wide turns, very little traffic so you can just relax! ( Watch out for deer and bear x-ing)

Moundsville wv to Morgantown wv I ran a good bit. Illinois though everything is flat. There has to be a destination otherwise it makes ya feel like there isn’t any point to it. Wife and I like riding hwy 150 from quad cities down to Peoria

Just north of me, above Carter lake and west of Loveland, Buckhorn road from hwy 34 to hwy 14. 25 miles of curves and elevation changes. I either ride it up and back, or make it the start of a weekend ride into the mountains

It is a good run on the Loch Lomond road in Scotland but the road is narrow with lots of twists and turns.

I know, I know. Living in CO has its benefits for a rider. But most of my rides are a 20 mile strait hwy commute to the office. Thats when the handlebar mounted speakers help

Southern Indiana the Hoosier scenic highway starts a Lawerencebug Indiana ( Segrams distillery visit) this runs all the way to Louisville Kentucky, lots of twists and it runs along the Ohio river very scenic. Another great ride is around Brown county( Nashville indiana) very hilly and some very nice roads twistys ,you can get sooo lost and that is the fun of riding rode 130 miles once all back roads . Living in northern Indiana not as much to look at but I'm 45 miles from Michigan nice riding along Lake Michigan except roads are HORRIBLE they dont believe they believe in paving roads .
