Won't start, at wit's end

    Sounds kinda sorta similar to what happened to me a while back. My symptom was a bit different, though -- I'd be bopping along, then the engine would cut out like I'd hit the kill switch. If it didn't come back right away, I'd end up cranking for a bit before the engine would fire again. Very intermittent problem.

    The cause: TCI module. Pulled it apart, replaced the electrolytic capacitors, took a soldering iron to all the connections to make sure they were solid, reassembled, and not a lick of trouble out of it since.
