    There will be a part of the warehouse I'm in coming up for rent Aug 1. I'm thinking about taking the space and sub renting small spaces out for those who need a place to work on their bikes over the winter months. The space is secure, heated and electrical available. PM me if you are interested. The more people we have the better to share the rent. My target is to get about 12 bikes in this space and the rent would be about 80.00 to 90 per month. Not bad for a place you can actually trust to have your bike heated and secure. Access hours would be business hours and off hours would need to be scheduled with me. Looking for long term responseable renters that have other needs for their space durning the summer time. I hope we can generate enough interest to make this happen.
