This blanking plate was designed and built for an XJ750RK fuel sender, but should work for any fuel sender that uses the 2H7-85753 gasket, including, but not limited to, the following: XJ550RH, XJ550RJ, XJ550RK, XJ650LJ, XJ650LK, XJ750RH, XJ750RJ, XJ750RK, XJ750J, XJ1100J, and various others, including XS1100.

If using to contain a liquid (such as for interior-only electrolysis or a tank full of Evapo-Rust), then a gasket material of some sort may be required.

Warning: DO NOT use while operating the bike or with any fuel in the tank. This is designed for plugging the hole while working on the gas tank only. If you try to use this while running or operating the bike with fuel in the tank, very bad things could happen.

Designed using FreeCAD. Printed on FlashForge Creator Pro. File types included in zip: FCStd, stl, x3d.

Thank you for sharing the files. I'm currently restoring an 82 XJ1100. The tank is rusty, I'm hoping I can clean it and reline it. These will come in handy in that process.
