    That price is way optimistic. I came close to ownership of one. Seller (my boss) decided to keep it, he’s finally working at getting it running.

    Yes it is a lot of money would like one I could rebuild. l tried the RD 400 years ago but not the LC.

    Do you see many in the UK?

    I see them in Canada from time to time...at bike shows. Haven't seen them on the streets since the 90's.

    One of my favourites. It's the reason I bought a Seca (can't afford the elsie)...they look very similar. I think they share some parts.

    I have seen one 350 where l live but no XJ's recently.

    I have seen a few bikes with smaller plates but whether they are legal l am not sure.

    The elsie sold for 17,802GBP...over 31,300CAD. Incredible.
