AS you know chacal I recieved the jets, their in all ready about to go resync and plug chop and do a bout a half hour drive in 40 degrees.....anyway just wanted to say thanks for the usual great service and even more so this time the amazing customer service. I dont know many companies with such quick responses such as yourself.

Just wanted to let you guys know that Chacal is THE man, not just A man but THE man. I ordered a bunch of parts on Wednesday and they showed up Friday! I opened the box and it was missing 1 item so I called him up and not only did he promise to beat the people responsible (I am guessing he has hobbits in his shop or something) but he sent out the missed part within about 2 hours! 8O And this is after spending about an hour on the phone with me and being honest about parts I could just clean up and reuse SAFELY. He saved me a LOT of money by being an ethical businessman with morals to spare. Between the help on the forums, fair prices, and service before and AFTER the sale he has earned my business for pretty much everything that I am going to buy for this monster. Support those that support us!!!! Buy from Chacal!

P.S.-I am going to trademark or patent my support statement, so nobody else is allowed to use that little stroke of genius.....lol

Len My Parts arrived today.
I first have to say how nice and well packaged my parts came to me.
Nothing less then professional, and above and beyond my expectations.
I started to replace the carb throttle shaft seals on the 81 650 carbs. I took the new ones out and noticed the quality was at least twice as good as OEM. They actually seal the shafts. If anyone takes their carbs apart and they don't take the time to change those whimpy OEM seals they are wasteing their efforts. Thanks again and keep up the good work. I'll be ordering more very soon.

A lot of the stuff I get from chacal is better than OEM. It's important to mention that, as some members who aren't familiar may be put off by the lack of a flashy web site for XJ4Ever. (hint) The man knows his parts and he's not selling us junk.

Everyone should know by now that Len is the man when it comes to XJ parts.
I ordered a part of airshocks for my X and Len made sure they weren't damaged when he received them from the manufacturer. Luckily he caught the flaw and got me a new set which arrived yesterday.
They look great, and thanks again for the great service.

He promised me he was working on the weather so I'd be able to ride soon, but apparently that is more difficult that finding XJ parts

 

Len, once again I dont know how you are able to do it. Placed the order for brake shoes on Monday afternoon came home today (Thursday) and found the XjForever box on my door step.

In comparison, my boss is a big time Harley head and says he usually gets his parts in a week to 10 days.

Received and installed a TON of parts. Came fast, all worked. To wit:

Retaining bolt and crush washer for 650 fork
Clutch switch
Front brake switch
Mirrors (ooo... shiny)
Steel braided brake lines (bike STOPS)
New handlebars
New gas cap

...and several other things, all working perfectly.

I received my parts from Chacal yesterday and everything came as ordered. I was very surprised and impressed at how quickly they arrived since I didn't even place the order till Sat March 28. Thanks for the great service. So now the repairs will begin on Sun.
