    Hey Tumble,

    This is the closest thing I'd have available for an XJ650 Maxim:

    Rifle Fairing off a XJ650 Maxim, painted black, USED, very nice shape, with a shorty 12" windscreen. You can see this fairing at:

    It has the headlight insert for the stock round headlight, but no other moutning hardware. Rifle still sells complete replacement hardware kits for these for $48.00 or so; you may be able to talk them into selling you just a partial kit for less, or just fabricate them yourself.

    This is a very high quality fairing and is in very nice shape. A couple of very small scratches in the paint on the right side. VERY Small.

    Hot D---- this guy is fast , and not only that the parts look great . I sent payment either monday or tuesday and the parts made it the house by friday the same week.

    cant wait to get further along on my 82 xj 750 maxim and order some other parts that i need.

    prices were more than fair especially after watching some stuff on ebay go for way over what chacal priced.

    THIS GUY ROCKS FOR ALL THE XJ COMMUNITY.

    I'm looking for a backrest to fit a 1986 Yamaha Maxim 750-x. Is my only option to try and find an original or would something else fit?
