Hey Len, me again. How you been?
I browsed your catalog and I did not find a brake light switch listed. Did I miss something? My brake light switch actually works, but the spring link that connects it to the brake pedal lever is broken. Do you sell the spring link separately? I had the parts guy at our local dealer look it up, and they don't show the link as a separate part, they have to order the whole switch assembly, to the tune of $35.00.
If you don't have the spring link, maybe I can get one from someone who is parting out a bike. Let me know what you can do, okay? Thanks, bud.

 

I received the parts to fininish installing the new clutch last Thursday, I ordered them on Tuesday. By Saturday at Noon I was test riding my motorcycle.

Shifting gears is so much easier and quieter.

After a series of promptly returned PM's to help me order the correct parts Len stated, " You should expect to receive your shipment within the next
3-5 days, except for the fork oil, which may take 7-14 days." I placed the order last Thursday morning and received it Saturday!!! Also the fork oil came yesterday which was only 4 business days That's what I call "TURBO MAIL" Everything I received was packed exceptionally well and the quality of parts are second to none. Does anyone have a xj750 tank that would fit my 81 650? The only thing that matters to me is if its straight. And for sale.

 

Just got all my parts yesterday. Only one week from the time Len said it was out the door! Till i had it in my hands As always a pleasure to deal with, and the parts came in perfect condition.

BigFitz told me you might be able to help me. My bike is an XJ400, and its shims are 25mm in diameter (opposed to the regular 29mm). Vin # is 4BP00.
I need the following:
* Replacement shims: 4x260, 2x265 and 2x260
* 1 air and 1 oil filters
* 1 Yamaha shim valve tool
* Rear disk brake and pads
* I know I am forgetting things, but that should do for now.

I live in Israel. If you do not ship abroad, I have a friend in NY that may arrange the shipping. However, it would be best If I did not have to bother him.
Please let me know if you can help, the cost + shipphing, and how can I pay you (I have penpal, Visa credit card, and I am an honest man).

Aharon.....unfortunately we do not have the items that you are seeking. I believe that the little 400 engine is quite unlike the bigger XJ engines, and I do not even have the parts cross-ref books on that model. Wish we could help......good luck with the project!

Here's from another satisfied customer. I have ordered several times from Len and each time the order has arrived quickly and without mistakes. This last time however was SUPER FAST. I honestly don't know how he did it. I ordered parts late Friday afternoon and I had them Monday. I am still wondering how that is possible.

Looking for a replacement seat. Not sure what terminology to use, but currently I have the the high passenger back section. It is aged and dry. Was wanting to go with the smoothing looking seat with no noticeable passenger section. Any suggestions? 82 Maxim 650.

The seat pans are too different and have very different attaching points, brackets, and shapes to make interchange between models anything even approaching "a simple swap".
