I only hope that XJ4EVER is at least XJ20MOREYEARS because with Chacal's support, that's how much longer I'm going to ride my Yammies. Response time to e-mails is brisk and order-to-ship time is fantastic. If only he would take over response and shipping at Amazon!!!

I second everything Maxim said because I had almost the exact same turnaround time and amazing service, especially being a holiday weekend. Never did I expect such great customer service finding parts through the forums and I highly doubt I'll be ordering parts for my XJ750 from anyone else. I actually don't know of many online transactions I've made that have gone this smoothly.

Chacal has the greatest service ever. I've placed two orders in the past month and a half. First time, ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday, had it on Thursday. Second time, ordered on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, had it on Thursday. And everything was there, no problems. By comparison, when I got the bike in '06 I needed a brake light switch. Drove 15 miles to the nearest Yamaha dealer, ordered it, waited two weeks and had to drive back to the dealer to pick it up. Now all I do is walk to the mail box. I'm so glad I found this forum.

 

Holy Smokes! Chacal does it again!!!

Ordered my parts, Thursday morning, went for a quick ride this beautiful Saturday morning, and when I got back, my parts are on the front step!! Are you freaking kidding me, 3 days to Texas, again?? How awesome is this???

Now I can tear into my XS11's carbs, and have it back, on the road, BEFORE Monday!!! I am such a happy camper!!

once again best service, factory yamaha parts that the dealer says are obsolete, with in 3 days to michigan normally. Chacal is the greastest...

ok...I say we set up a ride to Len's for a weekend and spend all our money there. Of course, Len will need to supply the food and beverages...lol...

So I ordered the wrong parts and sent the money. Most people would have taken the money without even thinking twice. But not Len he emailed to confirm. Well saved me the trouble of returning reordering and all that mess that would taken a extra week or two. I'm glad to say I found this guy I have all the parts that I think I need to rebuild my carbs and if i dont i no where to get them. I ordered parts on Friday or Saturday night I don't remember but I was expecting them on Wednesday come Monday after work they were all in my mailbox. How cool is that. I sent a message regarding my issues with my bike and what parts I thought I needed to xj4ever, and I got a very quick response with all of the info I needed and then some!!! I received a complete parts list for my bike of everything that was in stock. I ordered what I needed right before the weekend and had my parts by monday. Great customer service and prices!!! XJ4ever is the greatest. 12:15 PM on Tuesday I ordered a Colortune. At 9:15 PM I received an email that it had been shipped. Had it in my hands yesterday morning. TWO DAYS from GA to PA. That is just friggin' amazing. I've ordered things 4 or 5 times so far and very prompt service. I can't say enough about Len.

 

Four days after receiving a box packed full of goodies I am ordering again! lol

I asked Dyna some questions about the Mini coils after reading about them not producing enough spark and also being fried by our bikes and they told me that the coils would work just fine. So I checked with Chacal and for sure the help was there a few minutes later and in about another hour my order was payed for.
