i'm in need of a new set of handlebars (dont ask) and the rubber boots that connect the carbs to the engine there starting to get pretty cracked. my bike is a 82 xj750r

I'm looking for an ignition switch, gas cap, seat latch with a matching key. All for an 82 XJ 1100 Maxim. would like to also have the chain lock that goes to it.

Ordered parts on a Wednesday, arrived on Friday! Everything fit great and was exactly what I was looking for! Chacal was very helpful with all of my questions and great to work with!

What can I say about this guy, but exelent help and service!!!! He answered all my questions very quickly!!! I ordered my parts late wensday and got them on monday.

If you want parts make sure you get them here. I ordered parts from old bike barn before I found out about Len and I have yet to see them.

as I said in the forums yesterday "I don't know how he does it but chacal comes through again!!" he is the best for knowledge of the parts we are looking for and what our choices out there are, his customer service is better than best, and the shipping has been so fast I had to duck twice to keep from getting hit in the face, thanks again chacal

Thanks chacal,Man it's hard to find that cluster for the 750 maxim and the guy on e-bay wants $120 for it plus shipping?
But ill keep trucking on looking...I wouldn't mind the 650 cluster but no gas gauge...Gotta have that...

 

I'd like to point out at this time that chacal doesn't just send you parts. He sends you INSTRUCTIONS. I have successfully installed new steering bearings and a spin-on oil filter adapter kit successfully, mainly because of the awesome instructions that came with the parts.

Granted, I did some of my own research as well, but having those instructions sitting there to confirm things and keep me on the right track was INVALUABLE during the work, especially for that spin-on kit.

Thanks for all your effort, chacal. It's above and beyond the service offered by most parts suppliers, man.
