Got any carbs from a 550 seca?

 

Hi there, I'm new this forum.
Do anyone know where I can find carb. kit (K-908YK) for my XJ650 sec/tur '82?
In the Netherlands I can't find any!

I have found if you keep the order BELOW $100 there are NO duties and the like. Also Len does mark the the parts as "Antique Motorcycle Part" which I believe makes a difference when it comes to duties and the like. At least that has been my experience when ordering from Len and even from Ebay. As long as it shipped as used and or antique it does make a difference. Also Len's shipping is the cheapest you will get for parts being shipped from the US!!

 

Hey Donald, no help on an engine, but I'll tell you that transport for an engine from USA to Australia is going to be an incredible amount, perhaps $1000 US or more.

Metal........no help on a complete set of carbs for a 550, although we do have all the parts needed to rebuild an original set of carbs or individual carb bodies (to replace broken ones).

As always, excellent service from chacal. Worked with him to get the right set of shoes and springs for the rear brakes on my 750 AND got them shipped in time to work on the bike with my father. Brakes and other parts are all exactly as requested and showed up in record time.

I'm pretty sure my order got to me in three days, and that was using the cheap shipping option. I didn't even check for it Saturday, not expecting it till the next week. But my roommate checked the box on Sunday and said, "hey, you got something." Nice.

I don't know where he gets all these parts or how he knows what they all are, but keep it up, Len! (or a lot of people will have to get Hondas, or something)

 

Looking for a hitachi 33 #4 carb body. preferably w/o the vac port

 

It took Len 2,5 months of communicating with me before I knew what I needed and wanted, but he was always very helpful! After finally placing the order, the parts were shipped within a day and I got them 7 days later (because he had to send them to the Netherlands) - which is really fast!

wanted to stop by and give a shoutout to chacal/Len
From the incredibly detailed parts catalog, to his extensive knowledge of the XJ line, this operation is first class.
Recieved my parts in three days.
Alright, time to go pull some valve shims.

 

Another big shout out to Len of xj4ever fame. The guy is now officially a ledgend. My order was shipped and arrived in 8 days. Not bad from Atlanta GA to Perth, Australia at the height of the Christmas season. It never ceases to amaze me the extent of the parts that Len can put his hands on and often a choice of OEM or after market. His product knowledge is awesome, even when dealing with my odd ball XJ750P. Much easier than getting blank stares from the local bike shops full of Y Gen street fighters.

 

Me looking for affordable but high performance brake pads for front's of xj650 seca!

Does ferrodo make them? I got EBC's on there apparently, form PO. Not impressed. I was expecting some no name crap but to my surprise from the performance, or should i say LACK of performance, they were EBC
