Xj650 euro bike wiring help

    I've a xj 650 1981 that is bobbered.the bike was running before I pulled it apart for mods.the harness is jacked all over and I'm looking for someone that can explain the basics that I need to get the thing working as it should.im not great at reading and understand wiring diagrams.all i want is something in layman's terms please.the bike is a Irish model

    minimum wiring diagram it bypasses all safety switches use the pickup coil sub harness. this one has kill/run switch hooked up to fuse

    if you have the manual for euro 650 it shows wiring diagrams which are highlited for each system
