You wont fit them to 750 manifold boots, you need boots from the 700. Diameter and spacing is different.

If you look up manifold boots on Lens XJ4EVER for sale section he has a good
    explanation of diferences.

This explains the differences in intake manifolds.

Just check to see that you can stretch the boots enough as they are smaller.

I have decided to ditch the original manifolds and make an aluminium manifold instead for mine.

Is there any definitive word on whether or not the Suzuki GSXR intake manifolds will fit the XJ650/750 heads, since the injectors are 33mm and the 33mm XJ700 intake manifolds are NLA?

A heat gun, some lube, and two ratchet straps will make anything fit. It is not just a slip on affair. It takes some work to slip the throttle bodies in.

Ive got a question about your fuel pump as well. the fuel rail that is on the gsxr setup doesnt have a return setup on it, and the pump i have puts out a straight 43 psi, is this an issue? how is your fuel system plumbed?

I use a 2009 Honda rincon fuel pump that has its own built in 43psi regulator and return system into the surge tank the pump is in.

hmmm ok, i think i may have figured out my system as well, its essentially the same setup without the surge tank.

The timing table is for a XJ700 it should be close to what you need for a xj750 with some tweaking.

Just a note: Make sure you separate the high current wires from the low current wires. What I suggest is put the grounds, injector, and ignition wires together then shield them. I also suggest shielding the 6 to 8" of low current wires also out of the microsquirt. This was causing all kinds of noise issues for me until I did this.

Also another update: Have everything running great now! Updated my timing table. I'm pretty sure I have the timing set spot on to factory. Also added some closer resolution to the lower load and upper load ranges. Since I am running speed density for load I did that to keep the map signal from jumping around in the upper 80kpa+ load ranges.
